Good piece from The Financial Times, especially near the end. Students are often surprised that they can squeeze more money out of financial aid committees. As this article points out, it's really a matter of timing and negotiating.
The Vietnamese football team is in a shootout with Qatar and is down 3-2. In order to win, Vietnam needs three events to happen: Vietnam's 2nd to last shooter must score, Qatar's last shooter must not score, and Vietnam's last shooter must score.
